1) Salmon fillets, lightly pan-seared and served with:

  • Steamed broccolini
  • Cucumber slices
  • Sour cream, low-fat, if you like

2) Salad with pan-seared salmon filet, served with:

  • Quinoa
  • Steamed broccolini
  • Feta cheese
  • Strawberries

3) Salmon ceviche, using high-quality, fresh salmon fillets cut into cubes, and served with:

  • Drizzle of lime/lemon juice
  • Finely chopped red onion
